About
Mathers Tree Service revved up their first chainsaw in 2012, but with over 30 years of experience behind it.
Rich Mathers began his career as a tree climber in 1984 and has worked for a number of tree services big and small over the years, becoming one of the best in the business. He’s seen and handled just about any tree situation you could imagine. Rich is on site for every project and is our main climber.
Mitch Mathers, his son, grew up around the industry and after graduating from college in 2009, began working as a groundsman for another local company. When Mitch expressed interest in becoming an ISA Certified Arborist, Rich realized his son was getting serious about being "in the business," and they decided to start their own service.
Mitch will be the one to come out beforehand to evaluate your trees and make sure the crew is informed of any specifics about your project.
Mitch's wife Emily joined the team in 2016 and runs the home office. When she isn't scheduling estimates and projects, she is wrangling her and Mitch’s three young children.
